Workshop

In accordance with the needs of our production and our management policies we have developed special department that produces tools for phenolite processing, parallely to the phenolite production.

As time passed by, and because of strong market demand this department has been fully developed as a self-sustaining business entity that, beside production of tools for our company's needs, makes tools for molding of different technical postions used in construction and other industies.

Our workshop is equiped with the most sophisticated machines for manipulation of metals based on the principle of electro-erosion. This enabled us to specialize in production of molding tools and fast cycles.

Production of tools for phenolite molding is done in a separate part of our company's headquarters so that enables us to assemble, test and prepare finished tools fastly on our own phenolite molding machines. Beside all the above we provide services of processing semifinal metal products such us:

as well as services on convetional machines (lathe, drill and grind machines both flat and round grinding)
