Company history
The main business activity of „Helioplast“ company, since 1979 when it was just a craft shop, has been processing of phenolite through a molding method.
Over the years three independent departments have been developed: package molding for nutrition industry, molding of technical positions for furniture and construction industry as well as production and development of molding tools for our own and our customers' needs.
Both headquarters and the production facility are located in Gračanica, on the main regional road Doboj- Tuzla on the address Branilaca Grada, 75 320 Gračanica in a new building covering 6000 m². This location provides all infrastructure needed for production; it is situated alongside main regional road and it is near the town thus fulfilling all requirements for successful business operations on a daily basis. The central position and availability makes us interesting even in our neighbouring markets.
Since the establishment of the company there have been heavy investments in training of personnel and modernization of production capacity in order to satisfy increasing demands and needs of our customers so we may commend ourselves with production capacity of twenty two package molding machines like Kraus Maffai, Stork, Arburg, Battenfeld and Haitian as well as with the supplemental equipment like offset prining machine, robot for installation of IML etiquettes, color dozing machines and so on.
Beside that there has been notable investments in our own workshop that is currently equipped with the following machines: CNC milling machines (one for centron-micron processing), CNC electrode-erossion discharge machine, CNC wire-erossion discharge machine, CNC lathe, classical lathe, round and flat grinding machines, classical milling machine, classical erossion discharge machine to name a few.
As a direct result of such business politics Helioplast company has been given a Certificate of Quality ISO 9001:2000 from TÜV Süd Deutschland (Munich, Germany) certification company on May 21th 2007.
