Technical parts
Beside production of quality packages for nutrition industry use „Helioplast“ molds different technical positions used in construction as well as other branches of industry such as production of bed systems (so-called latoflex beds), parts of umbrella and so on. These technical positions are molded from different materials such as PE, SBS, ABS, PA i HYTREL. We are able to produce postions for very demanding construction and of high degrees of precision. Our workshop produces, based on technical drawing of specific position, a molding tool that is tested in our production. Our production team also helps the customer in the process of finding the optimal raw material for molding in addition to letting the customer produce the positions in our workshop.
